How to order ? Our products can only be ordered online. Click the” Add To Cart “button associated with your product choice. You'll then continue your order or proceed to checkout, where you can change quantity or remove item(s) in your cart. There is no obligation to buy any items in your cart. If you choose to Save Cart or Checkout, you will be prompted to sign in at My Account if you haven’t already. How can I pay ? You can pay by credit card : CB,VISA, Mastercard. All Pounds sterling pricing is an estimate (not based on live exchange rates). However, we update our currency rates regularly to ensure as accurate Pounds sterling pricing as possible. Your order will be charged in Euros to your Credit / Debit Card once your order is placed.
How to follow up my order status ? Please sign in on the right part of the screen (“member account”). Then go to the « account history ». Your order, and their status, are listed. We also send you an email at each step of the order progress : order receive, order process, order dispatch. We answer to any of your questions about parcel tracking.

How to change my name and address ? Please sign in on the right part of the screen (“member account”). Click on « edit account ». You access to your information and you can change it .
What to do if I lose my password ? When you enter a wrong password, an error message is displayed, and below, a link « password forgotten ? click her.» Enter your email address. A new password will be send automatically.
In which countries can the products be delivered ? France, Andorra, Switzerland and the European Union countries
What are the delivery charges ? Delivery charges depend on the weight of your package and your ship-to-destination. For example, for a standard delay shipping (1 week) towards an EU country (except France) or switzerland : - Clothing, shoes, gloves, jewels, accessories (less than 3 kgs) : 12,00 € - Bags, clubs (less than 6 kgs) : 25,00€ To know the exact duty charges before you buy, simply add items to your basket and checkout. We will tell you the exact duty charges for your desired items before you actually place an order.
What are the delivery delays ?
With the standard shipment option, most orders are delivered within 1 week to your door. For the express shipment, the delivery is made within 3 days. Please note for most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery. Should there be any unexpected further delay, we will notify you at the earliest (and you can cancel your order at any time if the delay is unacceptable to you). You can contact us to get parcel tracking information. Please note that the delivery times mentioned here are only a guide and therefore they may vary with different addresses and postcodes.
What to do on delivery ? Please check the parcel in front of the driver, and indicate on the courier's waybill (delivery documentation) whether there are any breakages, or damages or items missing. ALWAYS open & check the parcel before signing for it as damage in transit CANNOT be claimed for on 'goods in transit' insurance once it is signed for as 'received in good condition. Contact us within 1 day to let us activate the insurance. We will make all the efforts to solve the problem as soon as possible.
What to do if you have received the wrong goods?
Please contact us immediately if you think that you have received the wrong goods and we will make every effort to rectify the situation in the quickest and most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself. We will arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you, and for the other item/s to be collected.
What to do if your goods have developed a fault?
All technical products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. Please contact us, with your original Order Number to hand, if you experience a problem with your goods and we will endeavour to assist you in any way we can.

What is your return policy ? Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. We add 7 days to this delay to let you change your mind, with no explanation. We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply follow the returns procedure within 15 working days of delivery and return the goods unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund. Please note that custom fitted clubs are excluded from the 15 Day Money Back Guarantee and from the EU statutory 7 days cooling-off period.
Custom fitting
What is custom fitting ? Custom fitting is the process for tailoring a golf club to suit your personal swing. Whatever your level, with a custom golf club the aim is to ensure that if you do make a good swing, the club will be square at impact and should produce a straight shot.
Is custom-fitting only for middle to low handicap players ? Not at all. On the contrary, do not wait until you have a correct swing, you might wait for a (very) long time and get muscles problems. Furthermore, a clubmaker will upgrade your clubs as your swing improves. Finally, it will be much cheaper than changing clubs after 1 year.
Are customised clubs price higher than standard clubs ? A custom set costs 35 to 50% less than a big brand set, for a better quality and a perfect fit to your morphology and game.
How can I be sure that custom fitting will improve my game ? Your customised clubs will be OPTIMISED for your game, that is to say they will be the necessary basis for your game improvement. They can correct certain defaults and will let you make quicker progress. They will not make you become Tiger Woods in 1 day ! Coaching, frequent practice will be, beside your set, your best supporters to lower your handicap.
Do I have to upgrade my clubs when my swing has improved ? Yes, one of the important parameter in custom fitting is your level of game. For example, changing the shaft (which by the way has to be replaced as it's getting older) for a firmer one will be necessary. We will offer you to upgrade your set, bought in our online shop, at a prefered cost, much lower than the cost of a new set. You will always stay at your disposal to study this evolution with you and make you an upgrade proposal.
